round of the "Are you a Super-taster?" lab.  We want to rate some food preferences before we test our taste buds to see if they can taste PTC.

We will complete PTC supertaster lab part 1 today.  You will taste a small piece of control paper and compare its taste to a paper treated with PTC.  Lab sheet will be due on Friday.
